JK'z Gourmet Kitchen was founded in 1993 by John and Zizy Kadamani and specialises in the catering, wholesaling and manufacturing of Middle Eastern cuisine and bite size delicacies. Formerly known as AMC Food, JK'z Gourmet Kitchen is based in North Coburg, Melbourne on a premise that is completely HACCP approved; a certificate earned through diligence and workplace ethics of the highest caliber.

 

Our ranges are delicious and diverse, with a collection of sweet and savoury products that are all Halal certified. The intense, wholesome flavours of all our products owe themselves to the use of fresh ingredients in all our product lines. Our unique method of preparation guarantees all of our products have a shelf life of three months refrigerated or twelve months frozen, a major attribute to foods that contain no additives or preservatives.

 

 

Almost 30 years of experience in the Australian and international food industry has taught us standards that will not be easily forgotten or suppressed when it comes to the manufacture of quality foods and customer service. We pride ourselves on task, presentation, quality, packaging, service and remaining consistent in all these areas.
